What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? At first it shows some beaten up boots the it zooms in a table full of knives and some dirty hands, then it shows the hands constructing gloves made of knife fingers never once revealing the face of the inventor of the gloves.

What connotations do the images carry? This is a foreshadow of the evil deeds that will be preformed with the gloves.

How is genre reinforced through symbolic and technical codes from the outset? There is creepy music playing in the background as a women is running away from somebody but we never see who the woman is running away from. At the same time creepy music keeps playing in the background non-diegetic sounds.

How does the film establish an enigma from the outset? we hear creepy laughing in the background from somebody never knowing the face and as the scene ends the knife glove from before appears.

What strategies are used to ensure the film appeals to its target audience? The fact that we are scared of somebody we dont even know the face of.

how has technology been used effectively? You might want to consider camera angles, transitions and editing techniques. In the beginning of the film the camera zoos in to the creepy knives and in and out of the the woman.

Shows that what was happening was supposed to be fun. Parallelism: For parallelism We used a classical song on the painting of the palm tree because the tree is art and even though it looks like a real palm tree it is not. We used tropical music on the real palm tree because we wanted to create a sense of vacation vibes. Leif Motif: For the Leif motif we used the sad sponge bob because one kid was been mistreated by another kid. The song is a sad song to show that the kid being mistreated is sad.
